A - No. Brass plates tarnish over time. Some people try to plate them, but there is no consistency to the quality. I have been told the quality of brass varies from batch to batch, so it affects its ability to accept plating. Many times the plating comes out dull or wavy.
A - Top Rope Belts uses only the finest zinc plates available. The plates are .153 thick and etched .075 deep. We offer both Mirror-Finish Nickel plating and 24K gold plating. Either way, the plating is extraordinary!
A - No. That is a less expensive alternative, but we choose to weld our fasteners to the back of the plates. That way, the fasteners are hidden and do not detract from the beauty of the belt. Lots of times if you see jewels on a belt, they are simply there to hide screws. Any gemstones we may use are simply to compliment the design.

A - TOP ROPE BELTS listens to you! We can design a belt for any occasion! Under Belt Artwork, you will see a custom TEXAS HOLD 'EM POKER belt. That is just one example. Some other ideas are Sales Awards, Fantasy Sports Leagues, Football, MMA, Cage Fighting, Backyard Wrestling, Karate, Boxing, etc. It is really limited only to your imagination!
A - We prefer to build custom belts for our customers.That being said,we have been blessed to have received permission to create our version of several classic styles. We will NOT exactly duplicate any belts made by REGGIE PARKS, DAVE MILLICAN, or any of the other fine beltmakers out there. If you want a similar style, we will create the artwork and submit it to the original artist for approval. Only then will we consider making the belt.
A - Right now, we have a turn around time of approximately 8 - 12 weeks from the time payment is received. Please email us to ask about specific time frames.
